By using CyberEye, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
CyberEye provides AI-powered threat detection services including:
- Account Takeover Detection
- Payment Fraud Detection
- Credential Stuffing Detection
- Impossible Travel Detection
- New Device Detection
- Phishing Detection
- Behavioral Anomaly Detection
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Securing your account credentials
- Securing API keys and OAuth tokens
- Monitoring for unauthorized access
- Promptly reporting security incidents
- Complying with data protection laws in your jurisdiction
4. Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
- Securing our infrastructure (servers, databases, networks)
- Encrypting data in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Encrypting sensitive data at rest (AES-256)
- Implementing access controls and authentication
- Promptly notifying you of security incidents
5. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberEye's total liability for any claims arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Cost of substitute services
- Damages resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
- False positives or false negatives in threat detection
HOWEVER, this limitation does NOT apply to:
- Damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Violations of applicable data protection laws
- Breaches caused by our failure to implement industry-standard security measures
6. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.
7. Data Ownership
You own your data. We are a data processor, not a data owner.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
